A Monthly Examination of Conscious journal to aid with Confession, and the Battle Against Sin.
As Catholics, we are obliged by Church law to go to confession at least one a year and particularly if we are aware we have committed a mortal sin.
Some Priests, Bishops and teacher of the faith encourage faithful Catholics to go to regular confession - once a month. As a way to not only root out mortal sin but take account and become more of venial sins and aspects of our lives that are holding us back from getting closer to Christ Jesus.
