Overview

At Return to Mercy, each product is created to support your spiritual journey with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Digital Products (Non-Returnable)

All digital products (including downloadable journals, PDFs, and digital planners) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This is because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned.”

 

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

All physical journals and books are made-to-order and enter production shortly after purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After this 1-hour window:

  • Orders are automatically sent to production
  • Cancellations are no longer possible
  • The order cannot be modified or refunded

 

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If approved, we will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a refund at our discretion

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • Shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Please contact your local courier or postal service for assistance

Processing & Fulfilment

All physical products are processed after the 1-hour cancellation window and then sent to production.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on location and demand.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Return to Mercy, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Refusal of future service
